Bloom Culture does not ship live items. Shipping of live items is available through a local delivery service only.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available for orders over $49.00
Same-Day Deliveries - Same-day deliveries must be made by 12:00 noon
Delivery Areas - Deliveries are available within Calgary and surrounding West rural communities only (Springbank & Bearspaw)
Delivery Days - Deliveries are currently available two days a week - Tuesdays and Fridays
Delivery Times - Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We offer two delivery time windows (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) for an additional cost. We deliver between 10 and 4 pm
Request To Leave Item At Door - The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements.We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request
During the winter months or below zero temperatures, we will absolutely not leave any items outdoors.
Business Deliveries - Business deliveries are dropped off between 10 am and 4 pm. Please indicate if the delivery is going to a business and provide the business name
Missed Deliveries - in the event that no one is home to receive a delivery, the item will be left somewhere safe such as with a neighbor or other business. In some cases, the florist will be in contact with the recipient to ensure that they will be home prior to delivery
Bloom culture is not responsible for coordinating delivery times with the recipient
SHIPPING OF HARD GOODS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bloom Culture. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing times - All Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & delivery estimates - Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Customs, Duties and Taxes - Bloom Culture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages - Bloom Culture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As Plants are perishable items, there are no refunds or exchanges on live goods. Once a plant leaves our studio we do not have the ability to guarantee that the weather, plant pests, airborne plant diseases, soil conditions, light exposure, or the care it is given will ensure that the plants purchased will thrive or survive. It is up to the individual to pay attention to their plant’s needs and address problems if they arise
In the event of an issue with the plant’s health, unrelated to customer care or maintenance, we will issue a return or store credit within 48 hours of purchase. The plant must be presented for inspection along with the receipt.
Plants that are on sale or in the clearance section are 100% non-refundable.
Any Hard Good products carry a 10-day exchange or credit with a receipt. Products purchased need to be returned in good condition.
